Ingredients
- 1 (5 1/2 pound) corned beef brisket with spice packet
- 7 small potatoes, peeled and diced
- 4 carrots, peeled and diced
- 3 cloves garlic, chopped
- 1 medium onion, diced
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 300 degrees F (150 degrees C).
- Place the brisket in the center of a roasting pan. Arrange the potatoes and carrots around the sides. Place the onion and garlic on top of the roast, and season with salt and pepper. Empty the seasoning packet over the roast, and pour enough water into the pan to almost cover the potatoes. Cover with a lid or heavy aluminum foil.
- Roast for 5 to 6 hours in the preheated oven, until the roast is so tender it can be flaked apart with a fork.

Ingredients
- 8 (4 ounce) links fresh Italian sausage
- 1 (26 ounce) jar spaghetti sauce
- 1 green bell pepper, seeded and sliced into strips
- 1 onion, sliced
Directions
- Place the Italian sausage links, spaghetti sauce, green pepper and onion into a slow cooker. Stir to coat everything in sauce. Cover, and cook on Low for 6 hours. Serve on hoagie rolls, or over rice.

Ingredients
- 1 cup crushed butter crackers
- garlic salt to taste
- ground black pepper to taste
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 4 pork chops
- 1/2 cup butter
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
- In a shallow bowl combine crushed crackers, garlic salt and pepper; mix well. In a separate bowl beat eggs.
- Dip your pork chops in the egg batter and then in the cracker mixture. Place the pork chops in a casserole dish. Place chunks of the butter around the pork chops. Cover and bake for 45 minutes.

Ingredients
- 1 pound lean ground beef
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon liquid smoke flavoring
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- seasoned salt to taste
Directions
- Preheat a grill for high heat.
- In a medium bowl, lightly mix together the ground beef, Worcestershire sauce, liquid smoke and garlic powder. Form into 3 patties, handling the meat minimally. Brush both sides of each patty with some oil, and season with seasoned salt.
- Place the patties on the grill grate, and cook for about 5 minutes per side, until well done.

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 2 teaspoons brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1 (1 pound) package Bob EvansĀ® Original Recipe Sausage Roll
- 1 pound lean ground beef
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup uncooked quick oats
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Combine ketchup, brown sugar and mustard in small bowl; set aside. Combine 1/3 cup ketchup mixture and remaining ingredients in large bowl; mix well. Shape mixture into loaf in large shallow baking dish. Bake 1 hour and remove from oven. Pour remaining ketchup mixture over loaf and bake an additional 10 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes before slicing. Serve hot. Refrigerate leftovers.
